teched 2004

MIAMI, FL (May 11, 2004) — Venali®, the premier provider of Enterprise Fax Services,
today announced that it will launch and demonstrate its new Web Services at the upcoming Microsoft® TechEd event. Venali Web Services is the latest addition to a suite of integration and development tools designed to support Venali Production Fax Services.

Venali Web Services enables developers, using popular development tools such as .NET, to quickly and easily integrate with Venali Production Fax Services. Businesses can obtain Venali Web Services tools and information, along with optional development services, from Venali Solutions Integrators. This committed group of value-added resellers combine Venali Fax Services with complimentary IT products and their professional services to deliver managed, scalable Fax Solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Venali Web Services allows applications to access faxing via ubiquitous web protocols and data formats such as HTTP, XML and SOAP. Venali Solutions Integrators will use Web Services to deliver an increased set of integration features to enterprises utilizing these popular protocols. Venali Production Fax Services enable businesses to reliably and seamlessly fax business documents directly from their ERP or other line-of-business applications without the need for separate fax servers or phone lines.

“Our successful experience with the existing suite of Venali integration resources tells us that Venali Web Services will be yet another powerful tool when we are delivering Fax solutions to our enterprise customers”, said Lynn Rich, President and CEO of CSS Group, Inc., an Authorized Venali Solutions Integrator. “We are pleased to be partnered with a vendor that understands the market and is committed to supplying the support we need to deliver value-rich solutions to our customers”.

While businesses have made significant Enterprise IT investments, many of them are faced with the need to quickly deliver critical business documents like purchase orders and invoices to third-party relationships like vendors and customers. The best method to reach all of these third-parties is via fax, which is fueling the increased demand for Venali Fax Services. Venali customers enjoy immediate return on investment and are not burdened with the maintenance, support, and capacity issues associated with traditional IT faxing approaches.

"With the release of Internet Fax Web Services, Venali widens its position as a leader in Enterprise Fax solutions”, said Frost & Sullivan VoIP Program Leader Jon Arnold. “Now developers and solutions integrators can easily integrate Venali's Enterprise proven fax services into their applications and solutions".

Venali will demonstrate Web Services at the upcoming Microsoft® TechEd 2004 event in San Diego, CA from May 24th through 27th. Visitors to their booth #1611 will also see a range of Venali Desktop Fax Services, including an integrated solution with Microsoft® Office 2003.
