Overview
Teaming up with Venali, a partner has created a solution called Document Capture and Delivery. This application provides a method for organizations to capture documents in an electronic format and automatically import them into a Document Management System. This solution also allows users to fax documents from the Document Management system software.

Document Capture and Delivery provides a cost efficient method for documents that are created remotely to be imported into Document Management. This application also reduces the amount of time for the various received documents to enter the Management/Workflow system.

How does it Work
The process begins when a user faxes a document to a Venali number, which is received and faxed from an email inbox. Utilizing Venali API and VB.net programming, this solution can automatically import the document into a Document Management system and start any workflow process.
Because of the unique product features, import values from Venali can be utilized in the Document Management system as keywords/index values for future document searching. Document Manager can automatically import all appropriate index values.
