How it Works
HRMS software is an integrated software package geared to
the packaging industry. It helps clients organize their
business and functions for all facets of their operation:
from estimating to order entry, production reporting, shipping
and receiving, billing and financial statements.
By creating an estimate unique to each item manufactured
and/or sold, HRMS allows for creating an order then following
it throughout the entire manufacturing process to the financial
statements. Utilizing Venali’s internet faxing capacities,
electronic transmission of printed documents from the HRMS,
Inc, software are sent quickly and securely.
This package allows users to fax and optionally, email printed
documents from the HRMS System to any fax number or email
address. The Venali solution also allows users of Outlook
to send any Microsoft Office printed document to any fax
machine.
This solution requires no on site equipment such as dedicated
fax boards, fax servers, or additional phone lines. Software
is placed on the customers existing Unix HRMS server. Additionally,
optional software is placed on the user PC desktop that integrates
with Microsoft Outlook.
Printed reports from the HRMS system will be converted to
an Adobe Portable Document (ODF) format. This converted file
can then be emailed or faxed. The receiver of the email can
easily display the report on their computer. Also, when the
user receives faxes, they are automatically received by the
Fax Service and converted to a PDF file delivered directly
to the users email inbox.
