Use the country code "1" within the U.S. and Canada. Do not include any international dialing codes/prefixes (such as 9, 0, 011, etc.) For example: A fax sent to New York City The number 1 212-555-1212 is entered as 12125551212% A fax sent to a number in Santiago, Chile The number +56 2 546 6629 is entered as 5625466629% Searching for faxes sent by area code only In the "faxes sent to a specific number" field, under "current activity" of "My Account", insert the phone number including area code, followed by the percentage sign. Use the country code "1" within the U.S. and Canada. Do not include any international dialing codes/prefixes (such as 9, 0, 011, etc.) For example: Any calls to New York City Entered as 1212% Searching for faxes sent by country code only In the "faxes sent to a specific number" field, under "current activity" of "My Account", insert the phone number including area code, followed by the percentage sign. Do not include any international dialing codes/prefixes (such as 9, 0, 011, etc.) For example: A call to England Entered as 44% Obtaining a list of fax numbers assigned to an account Users can obtain a list of Venali's local and toll-free in-bound virtual fax numbers under the "fax numbers" section of My Account. This list makes it easy to verify that the fax to email numbers correspond with the correct email addresses. Receiving a Call Detail Record (CDR) Go to "request CDR" of "My Account" to receive via email an electronic report of fax activity in zipped format that is suitable for import into other applications.
