Signing up for document archiving
Users can sign up for document archiving by sending a request to the
Venali Support Team. The email must contain the registered email
of the user(s) to be signed up for this service and what type of
document archiving is desired (in-bound, out-bound, both). Please
note that depending on the type of account (i.e. corporate), not all
users may have privileges to sign up for document archiving.

Cost of document archiving
The cost is $1 USD per megabyte of storage. Document archiving is billed on a per monthly basis.

Accessing archived messages
Users can access archived messages through the Account Management Center in the same fashion as accessing current or past activity. To retrieve fax messages, search by time frame for faxes sent and faxes received, or by faxes sent to a specific area code, country code or phone number.

Signing up selected users
Companies have the option to sign up all users in an account, a selected group of users, or a single individual. Simply provide the registered email address of the user(s) to be signed up for this privilege when the document archiving request is made.

Setting maximum limits for storage
Users can also specify the maximum amount of document archiving to be billed (i.e. a monthly maximum of $1,000 USD, or 1,000 megabytes of storage). When this limit is reached, the oldest messages will be deleted.

Archiving in-bound only or out-bound only fax messages
The option to archive documents for in-bound only, out-bound only or
both is available. When signing up, specify the account number, user ID and what type of document archiving to contract (in-bound only,
out-bound only, both in-bound and out-bound).

Document archiving security
Document archiving, like all Venali services, is protected through firewalls on packet and application levels. Only users designated with privileges can access archived messages. For more detailed information about Venali network security, please view the Security/Technology section of Get Answers.
